Village OS collects the information a co-op needs to run: family and student records, course rosters, attendance, grades and fee history. A co-op's data belongs to that co-op.
Payments are handled by Stripe through the co-op's own account. Village OS does not store card numbers.
Information submitted through the demo request form on this site is used only to reply to that request.
A full export of a co-op's data is available on request, and deletion follows a stated schedule written into the agreement.
