Village OS is licensed to a co-op as a whole, billed once a year, with a one-time setup engagement covering import, configuration and training.
The co-op owns its own records and its own written language: purpose statement, honour code, handbook and agreements.
Payment processing runs through the co-op's own Stripe account. Stripe's fees and terms apply to those transactions.
On ending the agreement, the co-op receives a full export in a standard format, and data is deleted on the schedule stated in the agreement.
